Poison Center Notification: importers of hazardous mixtures

🔍 CONTEXT

Companies placing hazardous mixtures on the European market are subject to Article 45 of the CLP Regulation. They must provide information on the mixtures to the designated national bodies and should have a Unique Formula Identifier (UFI).

We have decided to launch a series of webinars that will cover different roles in the supply chain.

In this series of webinars, we will walk you through the key steps of PCN notification based on your role in the supply chain. We will cover importers first, then in a second webinar we will focus on EU formulators, and finally in a third webinar we will discuss the case of distributors and downstream users.
