POISON CENTER NOTIFICATION: keys for a compliant marketing for non-EU suppliers

Companies placing hazardous mixtures on the European market are subject to Article 45 of the CLP Regulation.  They must provide information on the mixtures to the designated national bodies and should have a Unique Formula Identifier (UFI).

Non-EU companies selling hazardous products in the EU market can perform voluntary submission in order to provide their EU clients with UFI numbers and to remain their composition confidential.

In this webinar, we will walk you through the key steps for notifying mixtures and processing a voluntary PCN notification for non-Eu suppliers.

Agenda:
  • EU Poison center notification
  • What is a voluntary submission?
  • Preparing and handling a voluntary PCN dossier
