The last relevant PCN notification deadline (1 January 2025) has now passed, marking the end of the transition period. This means that mixtures previously exempt now require EU notification, and all deadlines for consumer, professional, and industrial use mixtures are behind us. As a result, all hazardous mixtures, regardless of their intended use, must now be notified using the ECHA portal.
